Bogdan Shutov, web developer in Kazakhstan

I make maps that sell homesites, plan tours and send customers to the nearest dealer.

Interactive maps and small tools built with JavaScript and Leaflet. They fit into the website you already have, whether that's WordPress, Webflow or something custom.

This is the live lot map. Click any homesite. The community and its prices are invented for the demo.

Three demos for three kinds of client

Each one is a working page you can click through on a phone or a laptop. They use made-up data, and each looks the way that kind of business would want.

Homesite map for home builders

Buyers see which lots are available, reserved or sold, filter by phase, price and size, and send a sales rep a link to one lot.

How a project goes

  1. You send what you have: a site plan PDF, a spreadsheet of addresses or your tour pages.
  2. I reply with a fixed price, what's included and a delivery date. One map usually takes 3 to 7 days.
  3. You get a private preview link early, so changes happen before the final version.
  4. I install it on your site or hand over the files, and show you how to update the data yourself.

Have a site plan or a list of locations?

Send it over and I'll tell you what the map would look like, what it costs and when it can be ready.
